Network Development

The South East Legal Alliance – SELA is an international alliance of leading Southeastern European law firms that was formally launched in October 2016. The member firms collaborate on selected client matters to provide seamless legal support to clients, particularly when handling multi-jurisdictional transactions and cross-border work in key areas such as energy and infrastructure, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, financial services, restructuring and regulatory work.


The Challenge

The focus and objective of SELA is to provide its membership with a platform for growing their practices by raising the profile of the individual members, expanding their legal coverage to multiple jurisdictions and through knowledge and resource sharing. Using their strategic partnership, the goal of the alliance is to gain recognition within their legal communities and to increase their visibility with key clients and industry players.


Our Role

Our involvement in the network development began in the idea phase, working with the three firms that conceived of and co-founded SELA. With a focus on insightful processes, we helped the firms define and understand what SELA would be, so their target audiences would recognize these values.
