New Angles Consulting is a management consultancy specializing in event management, marketing, and business development, working with clients across Central and South East Europe. For over 10 years, we have taken a specialist, outsourced approach to helping businesses grow — combining an in-depth understanding of knowledge-based sales with hands-on marketing and business development expertise.
Over the past decade, we have designed and delivered more than 30 business events, including flagship annual conferences such as the SEE NPL + Finance Forum and the Finticipate Forum (SEE Fintech Forum), bringing together international and local professionals from banking, finance, regulatory bodies, and investment communities. We believe that great conferences don’t just share knowledge — they build lasting business relationships, open new networks, and create real, measurable value for the organizations that attend them.
We’re now looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional to join us for an exciting 3-month project: organizing the 10th edition of the SEE Finance and Investment Forum (formerly known as the SEE NPL + Finance Forum), one of our flagship annual conferences.
As Conference Project Coordinator, you will be at the center of planning and delivering a professional business conference — from early-stage organization through to sales and on-the-ground execution. You’ll be in direct, regular contact with conference speakers and sponsors — many of whom are senior professionals and decision-makers in banking, finance, and investment — giving you genuine, high-level networking exposure you won’t easily find elsewhere at this career stage. You’ll work closely with our experienced team, taking ownership of key parts of the project while learning the ins and outs of high-level conference production in the financial and professional services sector.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on, fast-paced experience in event management and B2B sales, with a real chance to turn a successful 3-month engagement into a longer-term role with New Angles Consulting.
- Coordinate the day-to-day organization of the conference, from planning through to delivery
- Support sponsor and delegate sales activities in line with the project’s commercial targets
- Liaise with speakers, partners, sponsors, and venue/vendor contacts
- Manage timelines, checklists, and priorities to keep the project on track
- Prepare and maintain documentation, schedules, and materials using MS Office
- Contribute ideas and solutions as an active, engaged member of a small, close-knit team
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event organization, marketing, or project-based sales — this can include business conferences, corporate events, student or academic conferences, agency internships, or similar hands-on project work
- Experience with sales in the context of similar event-based projects (sponsorships, delegate sales, or partnerships)
- Excellent command of English, spoken and written
- Confident use of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively across multiple tasks
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Genuine willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Exceptional networking opportunities: your role will put you in direct contact with conference speakers, sponsors, and delegates — senior professionals from the banking, finance, and investment sectors — a rare chance to build a high-quality professional network early in your career
- Compensation: a competitive fixed monthly fee in line with experience, plus a performance-based bonus tied to sales results (sponsorships and delegate sales) — details discussed during the interview
- A defined, focused 3-month project (September 1 – November 30, 2026) with clear scope and goals
- Possibility of continued cooperation with New Angles Consulting beyond the initial engagement, based on mutual satisfaction with the collaboration
- The chance to work on internationally recognized conferences alongside an experienced, established team with a 10-year track record and 30+ delivered events
- Real ownership and visible impact — your work will directly shape the success of the event
- A collaborative, supportive team culture where initiative and good ideas are genuinely valued
- Valuable, resume-building experience in professional conference management and B2B sales
Please send your CV and a motivation letter explaining why you’re a good fit for this role and what you would bring to the project.
