2021 SEE NPL Forum has introduced workshop #1: “Negotiating SPAs in NPL transaction”. This workshop is developed aiming to tackle issues identified during NPL transaction. The discussions will include practical suggestions on how to align sales & purchase conditions including issues related to NDAs and STAs.
